Welcome! A lot of love, care, and individual planning goes into preparing for each of your custom transformation sessions. To make sure we can dedicate that special time entirely to you, all appointments require a retainer to secure your date and time on the schedule.

Don't worry—that retainer goes directly toward your remaining balance due when you arrive at the studio on your makeover day! .💕

Need to change your date?

Life happens, and I am happy to help! You can reschedule your appointment up to three times. Please note that when moving a date, your retainer will be transferred as a studio credit toward your new session time.

Note: The same smooth booking rules apply to our custom payment plans and specially tailored packages.

Cancellations & Refunds

If you need to cancel your session completely, please let me know 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Again, any retainer payments already made can be transferred as studio credit toward new session and time! I do try my best to help cater to each client that comes into the studio.
